Led by recognised international and national community engagement specialists, it aims to build the capacity and confidence of volunteers and professionals who work with and for the community.
The Master Class differs from traditional community engagement training courses, with its highly interactive approach designed to help participants discover their own strategies for more effective engagement, and work collaboratively to share ideas.
The Master Class is open to community members and professionals who are interested in leading and facilitating better community engagement on invasive species management issues.
Applications are welcome from individuals involved with community or farming groups, Landcare, Catchment Management Authorities, government agencies or other non-government and for-profit organisations with responsibilities in land or invasive species management.
